Registration fees:

  • IEEE Member: $ 420
  • Non IEEE Member: $ 480
  • Student IEEE Member: $ 305
  • Student Non IEEE Member: $ 355
  • Non-author professional member: $ 355
  • Non-author student: $ 250

Registration for delegates includes:
– Access to all conference technical sessions
– Conference kit including a copy of proceedings on electronic media (delivered on site)
– Coffee-breaks
– Lunches
– Gala Dinner
– Internet Wi-Fi

 

Notes:

  • Author registration includes the publication fees of one paper
  • Students are required to provide a copy of a valid ID that certifies their full-time student status.
  • Each paper requires one registration. Any paper accepted into the technical program, but not presented on-site will be withdrawn from the official proceedings submitted to IEEE Xplore.
  • The organizing committee recommends the participants to book their accommodation in the venue hotel (Ramada Plaza Tunis Hotel) via the registration platform. Special fees are offered to the participants: Single room $80, Double room $90, Lunch / Dinner buffet $20, FREE airport – hotel – airport transfer.
